3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry form on this website is not a binding booking. We will contact you to confirm availability and agree the details of any appointment. A session is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation.
Cancellation and payment terms for individual therapy sessions are set by each practitioner and will be communicated to you before your first appointment.
4. Our practitioners
The therapists and practitioners listed on this site are independent professionals who practise from headroom's premises or online. headroom introduces you to these practitioners but does not employ them. Your therapeutic relationship is directly with your chosen practitioner.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Napanthla Health Limited and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided for general information only. Nothing on it constitutes clinical advice or a diagnosis. In an emergency, please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department.
