Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how Headroom Therapy Space collects, uses and protects personal information you provide when using our website or enquiring about our services, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
The data controller is Headroom Therapy Space, 33 Dartmouth Place, Forest Hill, London SE23 3AU. Email: info@headroom.org.uk.
Individual practitioners who rent rooms at headroom are independent data controllers for their own client records and therapeutic work.
What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry or contact form we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We may also record basic analytics (page views, referral source) via Google Analytics 4 — no personally identifiable information is stored by analytics.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health information) directly. Any health-related information you choose to share in an enquiry is treated with the same confidentiality as clinical correspondence.
How we use your data
We use enquiry data solely to respond to your message and, where relevant, to match you with a suitable practitioner. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, after which they are securely deleted. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@headroom.org.uk.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
