Nitzan Boys, Psychotherapist
Somatic Psychotherapist | Mind-Body Integration, Anxiety, Burnout & Life Transitions
About me
I am a somatic psychotherapist dedicated to helping people integrate their mind, body and emotions in a way that creates long-lasting wellbeing. I have experience with anxiety, depression, burnout, body image, relationship issues, prenatal and postpartum, life transitions, and more. I invite you to a respectful and inclusive space of exploration, together we can focus on enhancing your wellbeing in all aspects of life, at your own pace. Somatic psychotherapy focuses on our physical experiences and what our body tells us about ourselves, alongside our verbal narrative, and provides a wider perspective on how we think, feel and act in the world. Together we can move beyond your verbal story to what your body holds, helping calm your nervous system and create real, lasting change. The work is always gentle, collaborative, and at your own pace. No touch is ever required.
Aproach
My main approach is biosynthesis, a combination of somatic psychotherapy and depth psychology. I am an integrative therapist and use both talk therapy and somatic therapy techniques to tailor the session to the client's needs, and integrate mind, body and emotion. I use verbal conversation, physical movement, observations, guided meditation, breathing exercises and more. I also use techniques from classes I have taken in trauma informed psychotherapy, trauma's physical imprint and effects, perinatal mental health, constellation therapy, and more.
