Lirona Rosenthal, Clinical and Counseling Psychologist
"Helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions with compassion, insight, and practical support."
About me
I am a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting adults, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I work with people who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss, identity questions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I also have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including people exploring questions around gender identity and expression.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's needs. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and combine psychological understanding with practical tools for change. While compassion and acceptance are at the heart of my work, I am also actively engaged in the process and will gently challenge when it feels helpful. I believe therapy should offer both insight and practical support for navigating everyday life.
Alongside individual therapy, I work with couples, partners, and people in a variety of relationship and family structures. I welcome monogamous and non-monogamous relationships and support clients navigating communication difficulties, conflict, intimacy, separation, parenting, and relationship transitions.
