Limor Tevet, Psychotherapist
Supporting You to Understand Yourself, Heal, and Move Forward.
About me
With over 15 years of experience as a counsellor, I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore the challenges you're facing and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout my career, I have supported people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, anger, trauma, abuse, bereavement, work-related challenges, family difficulties, and relationship issues, including couples counselling.
I believe that each person is the expert on their own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to work alongside you with curiosity and compassion, helping you gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and beliefs, and understand how these may have developed over time.
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I aim to create a consistent, confidential, and supportive environment where you feel heard, accepted, and free from judgement or blame. Together, we can build on your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and support you in making the changes that feel right for you.
