About me

I work with people who want to understand the root causes of their symptoms and take a more holistic approach to their health. Many of my clients come to me with chronic or complex health concerns such as digestive issues, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, metabolic problems, stress-related symptoms, or a general feeling that they are not functioning at their best.

My approach integrates the conventional medical approach with Functional Medicine, nutrition, lifestyle medicine and mind-body modalities. I look at the whole person rather than a diagnosis alone, exploring factors such as diet, sleep, stress, gut health, movement, relationships and emotional wellbeing. I aim to provide compassionate, personalised care that helps people better understand their health, feel empowered in their healing journey and make sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing.

Approach

I am a GMC-registered doctor trained in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. My approach combines conventional medicine with personalised nutrition, lifestyle interventions, functional testing, health coaching and mind-body approaches to identify and address the root causes of symptoms, whilst supporting long-term health and wellbeing.
