Caroline Fuseau, Psychotherapist
A supportive space to navigate grief, relationships, and life's most meaningful transitions.
About me
I offer psychotherapy and clinical supervision.
I specialise in bereavement and grief, and in relationshio therapy for individuals and couples (all types of "couples"). I only work with adults (18 years +).
My approach to therapy is integrative. It is client-led, focused on your aims and what might be helpful to you. I blend and integrate several theoretical models (including psychodynamic, attachment, body psychotherapy, systemic) aiming to look at the person a whole. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship we will develop: this will allow you to explore your experience, feelings, the inner conflicts you might have while feeling supported emotionally. I see the relationship between us as equal. I hope to encourage openness between us and I welcome your feedback.
My practice is open to people of all backgrounds, genders, and sexuality.
