About me
I run an inclusive practice open to people from all walks of life. I am passionate about diversity and have a neuro-affirming, comprehensive counselling approach as a means to tailor my practice to each individual's unique needs. I aim to create a space where you can feel accepted and able to explore difficult topics.
I have experience working with adults aged 18-65, many of whom identify as neurodivergent, or who have neurodivergent loved ones.
Also, as a Canadian-born UK resident, I have experience navigating cultural differences and am passionate about cultural and ethnic diversity.
